Policy's
Food: We serve Purina Dog Chow. If your dog(s) eat a different type of food we ask that you bring enough food for your dogs stay. All food must be in a sealed container (Ziploc bags/pet food containers),with your dogs name on it, so we know who's lunch box it is. Please don't say, my dog eats anything. The reason for this is to maintain a consistent diet. Sudden change in diet can cause an imbalance in bacteria which leads to colitis. Also pooper scooping soup is not a scheduled part of daily activities!
Behavior: We accept Spay/Neutered dogs and cats only. If your dog has behavior issues we are happy to discuss a rehab program for you. Understand $21 per day is for boarding not behavior modification. If your dog has aggression issues our competitors will be happy to care for your pet.
Vet Care: Understand that this is an off leash facility we get the occasional sprain or scratch. All vet bills are the responsibility of pet owners and is clearly stated in Boarding Contract.
No Free Tours: Sorry, our main focus here is dogs we have limited time, only a few days a week where we can offer a day care evaluation day. These days are not on weekends when we are busiest and our focus is supervising dogs at play.
Vaccination Requirements: State licensing requires all dogs be current on the following: Rabies, Dhlpp, 3 years is fine. Also Bordatella (kennel cough) annually is fine. If your dog is on medications we can only give oral meds any injections have to be administered by Vet.
Beds/toys: We provide all bedding and fun your dog will need while with us, sorry no beds or toys please!
Collars/leashes: A good collar is recommended no tags necessary, we do not need leashes or dog dishes.
Multi-Dog Discount: We do not offer a discount for more than one pet simply because we offer unlimited socialization. Dog run roam and play all day.
Unlike kennels who charge for playtime, (usually on rocks on the side of a highway or inside on a hard surface) not at this pooch paradise. See photos page!!
